Beschrijving
The indirect restoration of anterior teeth requires durable and aesthetic ceramic materials, which can be bonded to the tooth surface. However, this procedure is often complex and requires extensive knowledge of the materials and products used.
In this course, participants will learn how to select and prepare for indirect restorations in the anterior region, from full crowns to veneers and adhesive bridges. All the different steps in the workflow are discussed, starting from case selection, tooth preparation, impressions and provisionals to material selection, cementation and maintenance. During the hands-on activities, the participants will perform all the different steps in the workflow, including 2D and 3D smile design, mockup, tooth preparation, making the provisional and cementation the final restoration.

09:00-10:30 Case selection, preparation, impression and temporization
11:00-12:30 Hands-on: mock-up, preparation
Lunch
13:30-15:00 Restorative materials for indirect restorations, their indications and properties. Cementation protocol, finishing.
15:30-17:00 Hands-on: Isolation and retraction, cementation and finishing of the restoration

Kan ik achteraf nog annuleren?
- Kan u niet aanwezig zijn, geef dit dan steeds door via mail aan ntugent@ugent.be
- Indien je meer dan 21 dagen (vóór de start van een hoorcollege) of meer dan 30 dagen (vóór de start van een les met practicum) annuleert, dan krijg je 75% van het inschrijvingsgeld terugbetaald. 25% blijft dus verschuldigd als administratieve kost.
- Indien je minder dan 21 dagen (vóór de start van een hoorcollege) of minder dan 30 dagen (vóór de start van een les met practicum) annuleert, dan krijg je niets terugbetaald.
