Description

De aortaklep kan aangetast worden door verkalking, wat het hart ernstig belast. Zonder behandeling is dit snel fataal. Wilhelm Mistiaen beschrijft de diagnostische technieken, elk met voor- en nadelen. Daarna worden de verschillende behandelingen belicht.
