Beschrijving
This lunch lecture focuses on exciting current topics regarding space law, purposely scheduled on Tuesday November 28th, which is also "Red Planet Day". The speaker is none other than Professor René Oosterlinck, who studied nuclear engineering at the “Institut Technique Supérieur de l’Etat pour les Industries Nucléaires” in Brussels. Thereafter he studied Civil Engineering at the Catholic University of Leuven and Law at the universities of Utrecht and Leiden with a specialisation in International Private Law. Since 2004 he is guest professor in Space Law at Ghent University.
