Customs and international trade is constantly evolving towards a digital, risk-based and system-based approach. Economic operators are not only expected to stay informed of legislative and regulatory changes in a dynamic customs and trade environment but they also need to ensure that their internal operations incorporate the necessary internal controls, based on an assessment of their risk profile.
A profound knowledge of Risk & Compliance is, in this respect, a key requirement of any future Customs & Trade professional. The Risk & Compliance module appears to be the ideal opportunity to gather the necessary regulatory, legal, operational knowledge as this Special Module will be multi-disciplinary, interactive and will cover the following key aspects & topics.
